Cutler Real Estate asked Andrew a few questions so you can get to know him better, and here are Andrew's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I have an extensive background in inside and outside sales and marketing prior to becoming a Realtor. I have a Bachelor of Arts, Communications from Bowling Green State University

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I have always been passionate about being an entrepreneur and have a love for meeting new people every day. This was a perfect opportunity to incorporate both of these aspects into my career. I also love helping others out and helping them reach their goals by selling their houses and helping them find the perfect home!

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I currently live in the Hilliard area and absolutely love it. I love how it is growing but still has a small town feel.

4. How do you spend your free time?

5. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?

Denver’s premier shopping enclave for several decades, Cherry Creek is the place to live, work, shop, and play. This tiny neighborhood, once known as Harmon, for George Harmon who owned the 320-acre farm that originally occupied the site, offers the ultimate urban lifestyle in a lovely central location where quiet, tree-shaded streets, pocket parks, and trails beckon you to walk, jog, or bike, and nearby thoroughfares whisk you to all points of the metro area in mere minutes. Andrew and team provided an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. In the mist of Covid-19 he was able to orchestrate the sell of my home perfectly. Our home sold in less than 24 hours over asking price. I appreciate everything he has done for my family and would recommend him ten times over!

As first time homebuyers Andrew made the process seem effortless. He quickly reacted to all showing requests, never made me feel pressured to make an offer, and always offered a knowledgeable professional outlook when it was time to make a decision. I highly recommend him and will certainly be using him in the future!

Andrew was a shining example of how a Real Estate Professional should work with their prospective buyer. He was very responsive and engaged from the beginning and throughout the entire process. He made himself available to show homes at times that were convenient for us, and adjusted our search parameters as we honed in on our ideal location and price point. He stuck with us all the way til closing, even after we were in contract and had our closing date on the calendar. At no point did we feel like we lost importance in favor of new shiny clients. He responded to texts and kept us in the loop as things progressed, and was present at the closing table. 5 stars! Highly recommend.

Andrew is the best Realtor you’ll find. Andrew is very professional, responsiveness, and his knowledge of the home buying process (specially VA with us) helped us close on our home in less than a month. Hands down the best home buying experience I’ve had
