Cutler Real Estate asked Danielle a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Danielle's replies.
1. What is your professional/educational background?
I went to the University of Cincinnati from 2011-2015 where I double majored and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice and a degree in Psychology! I had intentions of going to Law School but after working for the Prosecutor and again for a smaller firm in Upper Arlington, I decided it wasn't for me. I was in constant limbo, figuring out what I wanted to do and what I was expected to do. After two years of exploring my options, I decided on a Real Estate career in 2018. I received my license in June of 2019 and look forward to starting my journey with Cutler!!
2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
I chose a career in Real Estate for many reasons! I love the social aspect of the "job" and being part of a team that has the same goals and drive for success. I one day also plan to have a family and look forward to having a more flexible schedule compared to the typical 40-hour work week that most people have!
3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
So, my boyfriend Max and I have been living in the Bridge Park area but recently bought our first home which is also in Dublin!! It is a 1970s tri-level house that sits on an acre! When we bought it, it needed a lot of love; we have been remodeling since May - out with the old, in with the new. We fell in love with Dublin and the small-town feel it has. I was raised in a small country town in southwest Ohio and I feel very at home while walking through Historic Dublin which is just a 4-minute drive from our new home! Dublin provides its residents with so many options for dining out, outdoor activities, and community events! We love all of the parks that are within a few miles of our home and not to mention the awesome bike path that literally runs right behind our home! Dublin has been growing tremendously since we moved here from Cincinnati in 2016 and we believe that it will continue to surprise us with its persistent growth.
4. How do you spend your free time?
Depends on my mood and the weather! Taking my dogs, Sebastian - a Shih-Tzu/Maltese and Gordie - an Australian Shepherd - to the park is one of my favorite things to do! We enjoy being outside so anything that revolves around hiking, bike riding, or camping is our go-to. I also enjoy reading and baking but tend to keep those hobbies dedicated to the colder months when being outside isn't ideal!
5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?
- Pictures of friends/family
- The bottle of wine my boyfriend and I brought home from our favorite winery in Napa Valley in 2013 that we've been waiting to drink!
6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?
